Keven rclone

Keven rclone is the Google OAuth application name used by the Keven project (kevenprojectai) to store encrypted backup copies of its own working files in its own Google Drive account.

What the application does

• Runs unattended on a computer operated by the project, using the open-source rclone tool.
• Requests one Google permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This lets the app see and manage only the files and folders that the app itself creates in Google Drive. It cannot read or change any other Drive content.
• Uploads backup archives that are encrypted before they leave the computer, verifies the uploaded copy, and removes superseded backups according to a fixed retention schedule.

Who uses it

The application is used only by the project's own Google account. It is not offered to the public and does not collect data from any other person.
